Terms & Conditions - the basics

At The Nubian Princesses, these T&Cs set out the rules for using our website and shopping with us. They explain who we are, how we accept orders, our delivery process, payment terms, returns and refunds, your rights, and our responsibilities.

Here’s a breakdown of what our T&Cs cover

1. Orders & Contracts

  • A contract is formed once you receive a confirmation email.

  • We may cancel orders if items are out of stock or pricing errors occur.

  • You must be 18 or over to purchase from our site.

2. Prices & Payments

  • Prices include VAT (but not customs/import duties).

  • Payments are taken via secure third-party processors.

  • If payment issues arise, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend orders.

 

3. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch within 2–5 days.

  • UK delivery: 1–2 days after dispatch.

  • International: 5–7 days (plus any customs processing time).

  • We’re not liable for delays beyond our control.

 

4. Returns & Cancellations

  • You have 14 days to cancel and return any product.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

  • Refunds are processed via original payment method.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If we send the wrong or faulty item, let us know — we’ll fix it and cover return costs.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All rights reserved. You’re not allowed to copy or reproduce our materials without permission.

 

7. Liability

  • We’re not responsible for indirect losses or business damages.

  • Our liability doesn’t exclude death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

 

8. Legal Bits

  • These terms are governed by English law.

  • You can bring legal proceedings in England, Scotland, or Northern Ireland.

  • We don’t currently participate in alternative dispute resolution platforms like ODR.
